LHR T5 and IST Priority Pass Lounges worthwhile?

Good evening all
I am wondering whether it is worthwhile to use my two remaining Priority Pass lounge access slots on either the Club Aspire Lounge LHR T5 (midday-ish) or the IGA Lounge IST (early morning)?

Club Aspire couldn’t even get near the door even though I had a £6 reservation, huge crowds, a disaster zone

IGA is pretty nice, can get barista coffee from the bar etc
