Limited flights on upgrade with Avios at booking?

Hi all, about a year ago i started using avios to upgrade from PE to BC on my return flight from New YOrk to London. Ususually I have a good choice of flight times. Yesterday, when I tried to book for end of March it only offered one return flight. I poked around to see if changing the date gave more options but it did not.

Should I wait to book to see if they add more options or grab the one available flight?

Check a normal Avios availability search. If it’s showing something different vs the “book and upgrade ” tool then you can just buy the PE ticket and then call to upgrade, the availability is from the same full redemption pool
