Locked out of Qatar Airways account

Just tried to log in to look at some upcoming bookings.
Said the account was locked and to call them. Half an hour on the phone, went through security etc and now I have to call them back in 24 hours.
Is this Awardwallet I wonder. A few times I have had OTP’s sent to me at random times of day for Qatar and thought it was someone trying to hack my account, but I guess it was AW updating my accounts?
That is the only reason I can think that they have locked me out.
When I have lost the will to live I’ll call QR again and find why my account has been locked / suspended since April this year – I don’t remember putting it into award wallet. Please update your progress
Now been informed I am under investigations. Had to fill in this form on their website;

and upload a photo of my passport (they said driving licence as well – but alas the form only accepts one file).
Got a reply from that link saying that it was nothing to do with them and to contact Privilege club.
I honestly give up. Been at this all week. CBA.
I’ve also been locked out and had my account frozen for suspicious activity. I use Awardwallet and got those OTP messages that I didn’t initiate. Qatar made no attempt to contact me to sort it out and I have had to drive it by contacting customer services who never got back to me. I have managed to get a response by making a complaint. They have said I need to go to my nearest Qatar office in person and produce my passport! Has anyone had anything like this?
Im going through exactly the same process at the moment. Locked out of my account, call Customer Service who tell me to visit a Qatar office. I make the trip to the London office and they tell me “cant help you”. Call Qatar back and they tell me to send them a copy of my Passport and Driving Licence, did that 2 weeks ago and heard nothing back since.
Called them yesterday and they told me (wait for it) to visit a Qatar office! when I told them I had already done that they gave me a new email address to send the documents to.

Hope it gets sorted soon, not happy having a large chunk of Avios in that account anymore, will transfer all back to BA as soon as I get access again!
