Missing Elite Night Credits from Creation Finance Marriott Bonvoy card

Long time browser, first time poster here.

I used to have the Marriott Bonvoy branded credit card from Creation Finance that was recently discontinued. In the e-mail in November 2024 announcing the discontinuation of the card, it said that the usual 10 Elite Night Credits would be added to Bonvoy accounts in “early 2025”. I’ve not received them yet, despite calling Creation a couple of times. Has anyone had any luck in having the Elite Night Credits added? Any tips for doing so?
