Better post this now before I forget! I had lunch at Mun in Paris today, which is a Hakkasan-style Asian restaurant.

    Website here:https://restaurant-mun.com/paris/

Bill for lunch came to €263 which we split across 2 Platinum cards to fully maximise dining credit. No alcohol but bill was bulked up by a €72 slice of A5 wagyu beef for the 13-year old who has seen too many foodie Tik-Toks (which is the sort of silly thing you can do when Amex is paying!). Obviously when the credit drops to £100 in January the maths changes, especially if your household only has one card.

Anyway, reasons you might want to book Mun:

*very stylish Asian restaurant on the 7th floor of an office block (with an outdoor rooftop terrace in Summer)
*next to Galeries Lafeyette on the Champs Elysees so pretty central, with a metro station literally outside the door even if its not walkable
*open for lunch and dinner seven days, which is very much not always the case in Paris
    *online booking via the website
*menu comes in French and English – no need to worry if your French is as bad as mine
    *staff speak good English
*food varied from good to very good, and we’d come again

As always with Amex Plat dining, double check the Amex Dining website before you book because restaurants come and go quite rapidly.

Now there’s an astonishingly brilliant plan. Going to look into this. And €72 for A5 Wagu 200g per menu sounds pretty decent. Hope the 13 year old appreciated it…
