I’m trying to register it with my “One Card to rule them all” and having a few verification error messages.

Anyone had a similar problem? perhaps guide me in the right direction.

    A PM would be awesome

My card finally arrived this morning too, and having similar issues. I activated it, and then added it to my Airtime awards account. Tried to add it to the product you referred to and it failed. Tried to make an online purchase (with it standalone) and it failed. I’ve spent nearly 3 hours on the phone today, over 5 different calls and counting, trying to get to get my card working….

There have been a mixture of challenges, including being put through to the Barclays (debit) card fraud team (despite calling the number on the back of my Barclaycard) who don’t have access to barclaycard products, and even when I was speaking with Barclaycard most people could only deal with cards starting 4929, not the 5301 the Avios card starts with. Eventually I was called back and was told that the temporary block which had been added for suspicious activity had been removed. Tried a purchase again only for it to fail. They seem to be blaming some new 2FA rules which came into effect yesterday leading to an increase in failed payments, but this is compounded by the fact that no-one seems to know how to deal with the new Avios product. I don’t think that it’s anything to do with Bendy. I’m seriously wondering why I’m continuing to chase the 25k SUB though….

I’ve finally got it working, but only after calling 0800 318 665 – they had to suspend the anti-fraud software on my account which allowed my payments to go through (and I added to Bendy at the same time), and now they have re-activated it so I don’t know how it will work over the next few days. The CS agent clarified that it is 3DS (not 2FA) which has changed, and he said that LOADS of websites haven’t been fully updated. He warned me to expect lots of declines for online purchases over the next few days, even with major retailers who still haven’t (apparently) updated their systems yet.
