Hi there,
My latest Nectar to BA conversion had a strange occurrence. Initially, I had successfully converted 50,000 Nectar points to my BA account (HHA), and they appeared in my account without issue. However, 3 days late I noticed that the points were automatically converted back to Nectar, which was reflected in BA’s activity log. I received an email from BA indicating that the transfer was initiated, but I did not initiate it myself, leaving me unsure of the current location of my Avios points. Initially, I suspected a potential scam, but upon further investigation, it does not appear to be the case.
Any idea what happened?

Sounds like you’ve got auto-convert set up.
The points take a while to go from BA to Nectar.
Just be aware that, because of the change in ratios a few months back, you’ll get less Nectar returned than you originally converted.
I’d go in to your accounts and deselect auto convert as soon as you can
Thanks guys!
I just realised that the weekly auto conversion on my wife’s account was turned on from BA->Nectar meaning that 25200 avios were converted to Nectar at 0.67p. Is there a way of reversing the transaction back or have I just lost £32.76 in Nectar?
Gutted!
