No, but I’ve now taken a screenshot of my account page in the app!
I’ve done the same, screen shotted my acc page. Earlier was led a merry dance of matching up bits of pictures and slotting them like a piece of jigsaw , and finding matching birds( none of which looked anything like the birds in the grid.Wasn’t sure if I was meant to find exact copy or just a vague look-a-like! All terribly tiresome
I’ve booked a short-haul flight with Lufty instead as the website kept crashing at payment stage. Cost BA £400 cash. Lufty is equally terrible airline, but at least the website is functional.

Wait until you get the hedgehogs and frogs ones!
Use of e-voucher has now disappeared. I have a held flight but the same is true for a new booking.

I was baffled by the “Dog” one earlier.
OH dear, having just read all this, I’m now worried about logging in and I really want book some flights to Madeira before they disappear. The other day I found the odd one out easier to do than the click similar images ones, but that may be due to my eyesight. I always seemed to need to do it twice so I assume I was getting it wrong the first time.
@Misty, the new hCaptcha always makes you have two attempts…. just to prove you’re human.
BA.COM actually seems to be working today!!!!!! Although it’s all the old website, not the new NX garbage – hurrah for that!
The new Captcha is awful – it’ll be gone in a couple of days. Every time they activate Captcha, they back it out within days.

That’s good to know, I did find it easier than clicking all the pictures of bikes or traffic lights. I think I am going to brave it and go on there see what I can find. In the back of my mind the speculation about big things changing in the new year, and not for the better, is eating away at me.
All done. Thanks for the heads up Dave that said it was working. Took about 5 mins
The captcha was hedgehogs.
We do seem to be back to the old website with the old functionality today. What an excellent experiment yesterday was 🙂
I got about 10 mins of searching day by day for the routes I wanted and then we’re back to there’s a techinical problem try later.
Earlier when you selected a date from the Cheapest Fare Finder page it was redirecting to ba.com/nx/…
then returning a 404 error! That appears to be successfully working again now without the nx interference.
Hmm. Haven’t got my confirmatory email. thought it was normally instant.

Numerous other issues with broken links and missing functionality.Current update. I called the call centre, eventually getting through. The agent was helpful, but then he realised the ability to use an evoucher has also vanished from the agent user journey. He put me on hold and then after 10 minutes I got cut off. So it’s going well.
(Site is currently a mess of broken redirects and internal server errors)Hmm. Haven’t got my confirmatory email. thought it was normally instant.
If you mean for a new booking, it’s rarely instant – there always seems to be a pregnant pause. One I did yesterday took several hours (which was unusually prolonged).
As long as you got a PNR booking reference then the booking is there and the email should catch up eventually.

Thanks Andrew, I’ll stop obsessing about it and come back to it in a few hours. I couldn’t remember what the drill was.
Has anybody worked it out? I changed country to USA as suggested, but the booking I made with the new website keeps coming up with the new terrible layout. Can’t add OB number and want to avoid having to claim points retrospectively. So annoying!
After signing-in try using this link to the old BAEC home page:

Yes I get to the old layout but the moment I click on the booking I’m redirected to the new design. So annoying!
Impossible to login into my BAEC account today. I’ve tried the app, chrome, incognito browsing but keep getting error messages or non responsive links.
INfrequent user of BA website here, are these type of issues normal
