Progress at last ! Have had my £50 added manually today, they will have to add yours manually as well, couldnt do it via me for GDPR reasons, so if you give them a call they will add your Nifty ( they have noted this on your account )
The issue was that i moved into property where Octopus was already the supplier, so shouldnt have really qualified, but because the initial CS didnt pick up on this, and the subsequent mess about, they are ok to add it anyway…
