BA appear to have fixed IT issue as just received email re my OB account! At last 🙂
Not really …. there is no website so you still need to call to get anything done – and they are not taking calls at the moment.
And there is no statement to check that flights are crediting and the agents can’t either. I think I am missing a few flights, but I have now decided to let it be till mid-December and then use up all the points and ask them to erase all of my data.
