Can I use Avios or Cash to upgrade an On Business ticket?
You can upgrade by one cabin class with Avios, as long as there is availability. I believe with Club it’s J, C, D, R, or I fare class. You just need to log in to your BA account and use the “Upgrade Using Avios” option on your booking. You can upgrade with Avios regardless of if you booked the seat with points or cash, you just need the appropriate First Class seat to be available.
