Points transfer time

OH transferred some points to me yesterday for a redemption but 24 hours later nothing has happened.

Any idea how long this should usually take? Is there a problem? The points balances all suggest nothing has happened (ie the points for transfer are still showing in OH account)

I’m hoping not to lose the redemption opportunity as weighing up whether to convert some Amex points.

I tried yesterday and all I got was “There has been an error”

Nothing went through.

Interesting. I have a screenshot with a confirmation number, but otherwise absolutely nothing – no emails etc.
