Pre order Upper Class meals

I am trying to use the ‘pre-select’ option to order meals for Sunday Upper Class flight. As Rob pointed out a few months ago, this gives more meal choices than if you wait to order on board. I keep getting ‘sorry we are having technical issues’ Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks.

Try again tomorrow. The email offering the option arrives way before the timeslot/ability to actually select the meal

Pre selection is only available ex-UK and on ex US & Caribbean flighte.

It is worth persevering with. I had a very tasty pre-ordered curry. Spicy food overcomes attitude deadened taste buds.
