When I try to use the BA Avios boost, it appears not to accept my login details even though they are the details that I logged in with to reach that page. After trying several times, it says that I have tried too many times, and I need to speak to administrator, but when I spoke to BA they said I am not locked out, so it should work.
Any ideas what I might do to progress this as i can log into my account still, but not log into the boost part of the BA Avios boost section?

So you cannot, log into BA, then go to Buy points, then click Avios Boost?

When you log in, use your Executive Club account number instead of your email address.
