Hi, can you use the cabin upgrade voucher from Barclaycard to book an Avios reward flight on Qatar? Also, when i search for a reward flight online, Qatar is provided as an option to choose when selecting a one way ticket, but when I search for a return flight only BA flights are shown? Ultimately I want to look at trying to book a return flight on Qatar from London to Bangalore

The Barclays voucher is exclusively BA, the Amex voucher can also be used on Iberia and Are Lingus. Neither can be used on Qatar.
A return booking should pick up any Qatar redemption availability, but you will need to make sure that you’re not trying to book using the upgrade voucher as that will restrict the search results to BA only.
Alternately, you can transfer your Avios over to a Qatar Privilege Club account if you link them, and book directly with Qatar. That may get you a few days advance access if you’re trying to book for nearly a year out.
