Redemption cancellation terms and conditions

Is anyone able to confirm what happens if I cancel a redemption flight

I have booked 2-4-1 using Amex companion voucher in CW.

Do I get all the Avios, the voucher and the taxes & fees back minus a £35 charge or is there a risk I won’t get all the taxes and fees back?

You’ll get everything back that you’ve said – you’ll be shown the total refunds before you finalise the cancellation.

Hi thanks for the reply. When I go to cancel online it only says unable to make changes to this flight online contact local service centre?

I have a slightly different question.
I have a return flight to Sydney booked with a 2-4-1 voucher.
I’m not travelling until November.
I want to cancel the return flight (for reasons) but keep the outbound flight?
Can I do that?
