Referral – Platinum Business Amex Card

I do not have a platinum business amex card, but I do have a BAPP. My friend wants a referral link to the platinum business card – where and how, can I provide a link to him? Any pointers/tips appreciated.

I’ve got a business platinum myself with the 85k bonus offer for the person signing up, but I don’t think you can refer someone to a business card from a personal one
