Hello, is anyone else getting ‘we’re having trouble finding the page you’re looking for’ from their referral links?
Yes. All of the links in my account, and my wife’s account, are dead – have been for two weeks.
However, Amex sent me an email last week reminding me to refer my friends – and that email had a different link in it, which works.
Looks like Amex voided all the old links and then failed to upgrade the website …..
I have a slight variation on this. If I use my saved referral link in my Chrome browser that I normally use for accessing Amex, I get the ‘we’re having trouble finding the page you’re looking for’ error. It is the same if a get a new referral link from the Amex website. On the same PC if I open Edge and use the link, it works fine.
I think it is either cookie related or a browser issue rather than Amex voiding the links.Ditto. I can open my link on my phone (as can my wife) but none of the people we’ve sent the link to in the last few weeks have been able to open it. Have some spend coming up and would have liked the triple points!
If you put your mind to it, its not so hard to find a way around it.
