HIYA, I HAVE A TIER POINT COLLECTION YEAR END OF APRIL 23, I REACHED GOLD TWO WEEKS AGO ACHIEVING 1250 MILES AND CARD SHOWS CARD EXPIRY OF MAY 2024 BUT IT SAID I NEEDED ANOTHER 250 MILES TO RETAIN STATUS. I JUST HAD 410 POINTS ADDED AND MY CARD NOW SAYS “YOU HAVE RETAINED GOLD” BUT I ALREADY WAS SHOWING I HAD IT UNTIL MAY 24 SO DOES THIS NOW MEAN I WILL HAVE IT UNTIL 2025? CONFUSED? ANYONE ABLE TO CLARIFY?
RUBBISH ba it. YOU SHOULD BE GOLD UNTIL MAY 24 AS IT SAYS. THE it JUST STRUGGLES WITH THE REDUCED TIER POINT THRESHOLDS.
Cue Trigger Happy TV:
HELLO!
I’M ON A BA PLANE!
NO, IT’S SHIT!
But seriously – May 24.
