Hey All!
Does anybody know if the hotels in the UAE, specifically the Crowne Plaza at Yas Island (Abu Dhabi) include breakfast for reward night guests?
Thanks in advance!

No. If breakfast is included it’ll be specified in the rate terms before booking. But then sometimes doesn’t appear in the confirmation email. Thus useful to screenshot the page showing breakfast is included.
Don’t think I’ve ever seen breakfast on any IHG reward booking ? I’d ask if it can be comped when checking in when they thank you for your loyalty

I’ve got a booking for that very hotel this Feb.
I booked with points and was given an upgrade to a suite.
They won’t provide lounge access.
However, I successfully negotiated a 50% reduction in the breakfast charge.
Overall, I’m happy with the outcome: upgrade to a suite plus 2 for the price of 1 breakfast for a mere 16k points per night.

Aston needs to stop taking holidays at the same time and place as me. I am also Dubai in Feb. Some IHG hotels do offer breakfast with reward nights/points bookings but the list is small and towards the upper tier.

I was looking at the Six Senses Bali which fits with what you said.
By the way, let me know when you are planning to visit Indonesia or South Africa. #HFP_BFFs

You just did me a huge favour!!! I’d paid 19k er night so have just cancelled and re-booked and saved myself around 20k points!!!
No just need to sort the issue of landing in Dubai and then travelling to Abu Dhabi as the COVID restrictions make that very testing indeed! Maybe see you there for a beer? We’re there from the 20th Feb! happy holidays!!
