Is this an official thing? None of the Royal Air Maroc flights I searched were bookable on BA’s website, despite showing availability. When calling BA they were seeing something completely different. They were showing availability for flight routes (i.e. with specific stopovers) that didn’t show online at all.
All very confusing. Has this always been the norm or is something up?
Anyone?
Hmmm … I know ba.com always falls over but I had assumed that the call centre would do it. Never heard anything about this – but don’t know anyone who did redeem either ….
