Received an email which reads like it is for all IHG members? In “select markets” although geographically widespread. Email states:-

Valid for bookings made between 29 April – 4 May, 2025 for stays between 3 May – 30 June, 2025. To access the offer, IHG One Rewards Members must book directly through the Destinations Deal Landing Page, accessible through IHG Web Channels and IHG App. No deposit required at the time of booking. Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance. 1-night cancellation penalty plus taxes applies if cancelled within 7 days of arrival.

Seemed to be close to 30% off BFR and slightly better than railcard rate I booked for my London date c. 6 weeks ago. However, for example deal apparently not available in Exeter. YMMV
