Seatspy phantom availability

Not sure which is the correct subforum or if it has been recently discussed.
I have been looking the last few months for summer holidays for 4 BA first class flights to the US east coast. I have been excited that seatspy shows availability on several suitable dates that have been showing (without ever being updated) the last few months, but on clicking through to BA the availability doesn’t exist and Seatspy is not working as it’s supposed to at all for what I need.
I read on a different forum someone requested and received a refund. I have messaged but not yet received a response as to when functionality will be working again.
A few years ago I did achieve 4 BA first class SFO tickets soley through seatspy so I understand its worth but it seems to be struggling long term.
Does Rob have any contact to find out if seatspy has an idea what can be done, and when it may return to accuracy?

@Boltonsam – both phantom availability and SeatSpy not picking up real availability has been a problem for well over a year. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, so it’s not a very reliable travel aid.
