Hi all. Am sure I read somewhere in a recent article about improvements to the VA website you can now clearly see voucher details and information. Is this the case and if so where please? I know you can see it within the account activity lines but that’s been the case for a while. Also is it now possible to see how much I need to spend to trigger a new voucher?

Think I’ve found how to see a live voucher …
It’s still in your account activity lines, but these are now on the home page!
You just have to keep track of your spend. Adding up the statement balances each month is the easiest way to do it.
You can call virgin money to get an accurate update on your progress towards the voucher spend if you’re like me and too lazy to keep track of it yourself. Why they can’t at least put this info on the monthly statement like Amex do for the BA cards i really don’t know!
There was definitely an article on HFP with a Link to a page which listed all your reward vouchers, numbers and more importantly the expiry date. Has anyone got the link to share as i can no longer find the article on HFP??!
I had 3 vouchers so would be really useful to know their expiry! – yes i know i can phone up but that like was so useful!
It’s on the home page of your FC account and also in the Red app. Expiry date is 2 years from issue.

Where is it shown in the Red app? Nowhere to be seen on mine (Android version)

@freckles NorthernLass was referring to the ‘old’ way of viewing activity only. I.e. looking at your account activity line by line for when a voucher came across.The above link is the ‘new’ way which actually shows the vouchers.
