Hi,

Does anyone have a good way to contact China Eastern/Shanghai Airways?

We accidentally made a mistake when booking (missed 1 letter out of my middle name) and we are unable to change this online. Happy to pay a fee etc as it’s our mistake, but getting hold of them is proving difficult so would be great if anyone can share a good phone number/email etc.

We recently flew on Shanghai Airlines (pretty decent) and contacted them in Beijing on 010-64681166 where they answered quickly and were very helpful.
