My wife tried to transfer c.150k membership rewards to avios about a week ago. Still not gone through. Has anyone had any experience of things taking this long, or even better have ideas for fixing it?
So far we’ve called amex who’ve said its all done on their side so take it up with ba. Ba have asked for details by email but have done nothing to fix it.
Previously all my transfers have gone through overnight so this is an (unwelcome!) new experience and slightly at a loss on resolving it! Obviously we only initiated the transfer to book a redemption so now fearing by the time I fix it the seats will have gone!
I am also waiting. Points left Amex on 11th March, not showing with BA yet. I am sure they will arrive at some point. I don’t need the points for a while so I haven’t chased.

Waiting here too for a transfer initiated on 11th March! Can I ask what email address BA asked you to contact them using please?
Well nice to know I’m not alone I guess! We initiated our transfer late on the 10th.
The email address ba gave was callba@executiveclub.ba.com (no response from them yet though)

On the current problem, if anyone has experienced and successfully resolved a stuck amex-ba transfer, help much appreciated. I remin stuck in limboland!
Just to update to say that my points have now appeared as Avios. Requested on the 11th, arrived on the 17th
