Supplementary priority pass

Hi, firstly apologies I know there are old posts on this but I keep getting logged out.
You platinum and 1 supp this week. I got my priority pass app sorted, but no physical cards in post yet. The supp person hadn’t got an email yet from priority pass, so no app for her.
An travelling tomorrow – is there a way to get app sorted for supplementary card in advance of physical priority pass turning up

Do Gold card members also receive supplementary priority pass for supplementary card holders ?

Unfortunately, Supplementary card holders on Gold do not receive (additional) priority pass card.
