I am in the USA and hoping to change my return flight to London on compassionate grounds. I would like to speak to someone. I call the number on my Gold Card 0800 123 111. My husband is Gold for Life. I press all the right buttons and then I hold and hold and hold. I never get through. Does anyone have any better ideas? Thank you so much.
Have you tried one of the other numbers on ba.com? I called the Silver line last week about 10 am UK time and got through after 30 minutes on hold.
Alternatively you could try online chat or Twitter and they might be able to help – this depends a lot on the knowledge and willingness to help of whichever agent you get so you may need to try more than once!
