There’s nothing wrong with the feed, as indeed you can see from headforpoints.com/feed
We had a couple of issues a few months ago with Cloudflare blocking certain attempts to access the feed but these seem to have gone away. You can be sure that if Cloudflare is blocking all Newsify attempts to pick up a feed then it will be impacting a huge number of people and should get fixed without intervention (and indeed there’s nothing we can do since we have no idea why Cloudflare sees Newsify as a threat).
It has stopped working fro me too a while ago, this is what Claude makes of the error message fwiw:
cURL error 22: The requested URL returned error: 403 [https://www.headforpoints.com]
This error means the website (headforpoints.com) actively blocked access to the request, returning an HTTP 403 Forbidden status code. This typically happens when:
The server detects automated/scripted access
The IP address is blocked
Authentication is required but not provided
The site has geographic access restrictions
In cURL, error 22 specifically indicates a server returned an HTTP error response code.
Overeager bot blocking? I’m using an implementation of freshRSS
