Tier points from reward booking

Hi,

I booked a reward flight (using 2 for 1 voucher), I am now 6 days post flight and yet to see tier points appear in my flying club account. Is this delay normal? Or does the voucher affect the credit of tier points? Anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks a lot

Was taking 3-4 days in Dec. Wait a bit longer

My flight on 24th December I had to chat to them to get it fixed. The return leg posted after 7 days. Would chat to them via website.

My flight on 24th December did not post, but quickly resolved over chat via the VA website. The return leg on 31 December posted 7 days later. Maybe give it a few more days and if not chat to them, or give them a call.
