Maximise your Avios, air miles and hotel points

Hi, I’m a late starter to tier points, but have managed to get silver with the double point offers.
I’m thinking about a UK originating flight to Vietnam in January/ February next year, whilst the double tier offer continues.
Am I correct in that if I book through the BA site and use one of their flights plus one of the Oneworld partners, that I will get the double tier points as long as I include a hotel?

As long as the partner flights are booked with a BA code share number on them you’ll get double points for that sector otherwise it will be the normal number,

Remember the hotel in the booking must be for a minimum of 5 nights.

As stated, the BA flight numbers are key. I had a BA Holiday to Tangier with BA and Iberia Express (changing at MAD) and the tier points credited without issue.
