Log into Amex and open the ‘All Transfer Partners’ webpage and you see (in rather samll latters) “Points transfers to Hilton Honors are currently unavailable due to a system issue. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.”
I rang Amex and the CS agent didn’t even know there is a problem, let alone when there will be a resolution!@tusker check out yesterdays chat thread, as this wa mentioned on there and I contacted Amex Platinum, reported the issue and posted their what response they gave.
Lone story short, they will report the issue and it should be up and running within 10 workings day.
Naturally, the more people that report the issue the quicker it should be fixed.
I received a slew of Hilton points today following a transfer request on Saturday (despite Hilton disappearing as a transfer partner last night)
