So my new passport has arrived, and I’m trying to update the details on my account, but every time I try to update, or delete, the APIS, get an error message saying “You are already logged in with a different account. You will need to log out and log in again to access different scheme.”
I’ve tried clearing caches, different browser, different device, running out of ideas now….
Any suggestions?
I have never been able to fix mine and haven’t yet resorted to calling BA IT but I imagine that’s what will be needed.
Also Interested in if anyone else has managed to fix this without needing to do that and how…
Try logging into any of your flights in MMB and use old passport number to view passenger details and change from there.
