Despite escalating before Christmas it’s still not resolved. Wasn’t an issue but I actually want to use my companion voucher next week for KL which means being logged in to buy myself as if I wait to call it won’t be as quick and can’t wait to next day. Is there a way to get this looked into more quickly?
