Unable to log in to Virgin Shops Away portal – error message

I’ve been unable to log onto the shops away portal all year.

Error message states: “an external upstream service issued an invalid response”. Any ideas?

Virgin Red customer support struggling to help. I can log into usual virgin flying club

You need to complain via Twitter. Someone will DM you and they will sort it out a few days later
