Unable to search for reward flights – website busy?!

Hi all,

I’m away on holiday but using my time wisely by the pool to look at another trip.

Going through the app for a reward flight naturally opens the webpage in the app and for 3 days now I get the landing page

“ We are experiencing high demand on ba.com at the moment. Thank you for your patience.”

Even opening a clean “ba.com” in various mobile browsers, I get the same error. Anyone know of a way in?! Or just wait it out?

I always get this on my laptop when not signed in. Once signed in, I’m straight through.

This response is also generated when I’m using a VPN – which of course travellers tend to do!
