Using Avios on Cathy

Morning, looking at booking flights from Hong Kong to Dubai using a Avios, I can see flights on American airlines on Cathy, but can’t see anything on British airways. Do I have to ring to book Cathy on British Airways?

If you are using avios you need to call BA.

CX don’t have access to your avios.

Thanks, trying to book through ba.com on Cathy. There is no availability showing however there is availability showing on American Airlines using Avios, I’m sure in the past I could book through the website that seems not to be the case anymore if I have to ring. Thanks for your help.

Cathy had good availability last night, but when I tried to pay her using Avios she told me where to go – it was cash only…

You might have more luck with Cathay.
