I booked CDG to Madagascar on Air France recently using Virgin points. It’s interesting because the points requirement is constant and availability quite good, on AF the points requirement fluctuates quite significantly.

What category seat did you book please? I’m only really want to book PE or upper/business?
Thank you for your reply – much appreciated
Booked from London to Dubai and back with AF/KLM using Virgin points. This was in business, and at least one leg was not priced at the lowest price in FB miles when I cross checked. Now Virgin are in SkyTeam there’s not a cat in hell’s chance I’ll be crediting anything to FB.
Required a phone call, but it’s definitely doable.

I booked in business. Found the flights online, but just for a degree of security phoned up to book it.
