Using Virgin points on KLM/AF flights

Hi all! I have been looking at reward availability both on KLM and AF flights (AMS to DAR) and seatsaero is showing available flights in Business but when I ring up Flying club they say there are none. Seems like I might be doing the wrong thing, what’s the best way to normally look for reward seats?
