Virgin Credit Card cashback experiences?

For a couple months now – I am unable to access the cash back section of the virgin Atlantic/ money app.

I go through all the steps and then get the following error page “ Something’s up
It may be a problem with the app, but check you’re still connected to the internet and your signal is strong.
Please give it another go later.“

Anyone been able to fix this?

It’s very temperamental at the best of times.

Usually takes me 2-3 tries to get in. Oddly it’s more reliable when I use 5G than WiFi.

Got an email about a 3 percent Cashback offer with eBay.

Made multiple purchases and no sign up cashback yet.

Any experiences you can share?

I assume you didn’t use PayPal and paid direct?

Yes I paid direct (no PayPal involvement at all)

Cashback section of the app has never worked for me. I phoned up several months ago and they couldn’t fix issue but said I was “registered for Cashback”.

Will phone again and request the Cashbacks
