I used to be able to do this online but it seems now, you have to do an online chat or make a call – anyone done this recently?

I’m referring to the miles you can buy when you take a Virgin flight to boost your balance. Thanks!

Yes they’ve enhanced the website so you now cannot do it post flight. You’ll need to call or use live chat if you can get that work.

Since their “new” website , it has messed up the view of manage booking and thus removed the points booster option. I also cannot see this online anymore

unfortunately can’t do it pre flight either under new system.

Thanks guys. Just spent 54mins 30secs on the phone getting it sorted! Such a nightmare you can’t do online for pre flight anymore!
