It doesn’t surprise me that DL CS haven’t a clue. Don’t hold your breath for a response from them.
Just another data point on this, I am on a domestic Delta flight in a few hours and the Delta app is also not showing sky priority benefits after check in.
It simply says “Silver Medallion/Elite” and boarding group MAIN1.The flight was paid for using Virgin points and when I flew similarly in December it did have sky priority automatically (I am Virgin Silver)
I don’t think it’s worth asking someone specifically for the benefits on a short 1h flight, although priority boarding is handy to get overhead bin space.
