So, I had the paying card and spent 10k and got a voucher in April. As I’d reached my goal and didn’t want to pay for another year, I downgraded the card to a free one (they actually emailed to say this was possible) in September.
By coincidence, it seems that I also passed the 20k threshold just before so I’ve now been awarded another voucher? Is this right? I had no idea this would happen but it seems to have. Any ideas?
