Hi – I booked during the 15 points / £ June promotion but the bonus element of the extra 5 points has not been paid
I am trying to raise a claim for the missing avios but cannot get through the system as when I click missing it takes me to the online purchase and avios hotels is not there
Does anyone have advice please?
No, except last time I looked , in July, it appears they have put the standard rate back to 15.
