Club Carlson, the Radisson / Park Inn / Park Plaza hotel group, has announced its new promotion, ‘Two Nights, 10000 Points’.

You won’t be surprised to know how it works.

Carlson promo

Simply stay two consecutive nights between May 13th and July 21st and you will receive 10,000 bonus Club Carlson points for your stay.  This is on top of the standard 20 points per $1.

10,000 points would usually require $500 of hotel spending, and is enough for a free night in one of their lowest category properties – although most people prefer to use their points as more aspirational hotels such as The May Fair in London.

You need to register for this offer before you can earn your bonus points.  The form is here.

Remember that Club Carlson is also an American Express Membership Rewards partner at a generous 1:3 conversion rate, so you can easily top off your points from this promotion to whatever you need for a reward.

It looks like you can earn the bonus multiple times – outstanding promotion for the regular business traveller if so.

Unbelievable timing – got the next two nights at the Park Plaza Amsterdam for the Europa League final. Thanks Raffles!

  • Neil says:

Hmm… I’m in the Park Plaza Berlin during this time but I’m already on the Gold 4 nights for 2 offer, wonder if the two paid nights will qualify me for this bonus… I still earn Gold Points on the stay so I’m guessing those two at least will be eligible.

Yes, should do – if they don’t post automatically, a quick email to chase them should get them added OK

  • timezonehopper says:

Does anyone know if this only applies to reservations made after registering? The T&Cs aren’t terribly clear in this respect.

    • Rob says:

Almost certainly not, it is rare that a promo does not apply to existing reservations as well

I think you should be fine – the T&C contains “registration must be received before checkout of the first Eligible Stay to qualify” which seems to put your case in the clear
