Achica’s ‘£20 off’ code is working again

  Just to let you know, I received an email from Achica saying that they will honour the first order using the code but that any additional orders are being cancelled and refunded as it was intended to be one use per customer.
  This will likely even affect people who used both the ACHICA20AMEX and ACHICA15AMEX codes once each as they seem to be being treated the same by Achica. I used the 15 & the 20 code and my second order is being cancelled & refunded. At least they are honouring the first one, even though I only have the PR Gold and not Platinum Amex as originally requested by the offer.

  I’ve just had that same email cancelling my second order. Looks like I’m not going to be able to pass off freebies as Xmas presents now grrrrrr!!

  Wonder if mine will go through. I spent just over the £20 on each, so used Paypal to pay. That might be more difficult to cancel. No emails yet.

    I spent just over the £20 on each too (though on my Amex). Paypal is just as easy to refund I’m afraid but hopefully you will be lucky!

  Yeah I had my second order cancelled but can’t really complain. Frankly I’m fairly surprised they’re honouring the first one.

  My girlfriends order has been cancelled. She’s had an email confirming it. Email said there was a problem with her order using code.
