Maximise your Avios, air miles and hotel points

TODAY ONLY: Book LEVEL flights from Gatwick to Vienna at 2p return

Links on Head for Points may support the site by paying a commission.  See here for all partner links.

We wrote the other day about IAG’s launch of LEVEL as a low-cost short-haul carrier based out of Vienna.  With flights due to launch on 17th July, they are desperate to shift seats.

For TODAY ONLY, LEVEL is selling 50,000 seats at 1 Eurocent each.  Availability is very generous.

For HfP readers, the only route of interest is likely to be London Gatwick to Vienna.  2 Eurocents return gets you a flight plus cabin baggage.

Other routes are Vienna to Palma, Barcelona, Malaga, Venice, Olbia, Ibiza, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Milan Malpensa, Dubrovnik, Larnaca, Alicante, Valencia and Bilbao.

Gatwick flights start on 17th July.  Other routes have later start dates.

Because LEVEL does not have its own booking site yet, you need to book at the Vueling website here.  Search for a random set of dates and, once you have that on screen, you will see a ‘View whole month’ option.

The Vueling website is here – note that it is running slowly …..

Got a return in September for one night, and the InterContinental is only 35k points for the night too. Thanks very much Rob!

  • JK says:

Can’t get to page where it shows flights… tried mobile, app and desktop. Just doesn’t work.

  • Alan says:

The site is still down…..oh well.

  • Leo says:

Well I don’t know what this has achieved on the part of IAG. I would never really have considered Vueling due to all the bad reviews; this has got me as far as their website and ensured that I wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole….bizarre strategy. As for LEVEL….I don’t think so.

  • Simon Spanswick says:

Success booking two seats for Cost Centre One and his GF – Vueling site up and down, but eventually snagged two mid-week mid-September flights to VIE for…€0.04.

Ok I give up. Been trying for over an hour.

Whats going on with BA exec telephone line is just closed just cuts you off .

I Just made a booking on BA EXEC acc for Flybe and at no point did it tell me I had no checked baggage into the Eticket was sent to me ?

    • Anna says:

I think this is a feature of Flybe reward flights – and you only get notified of baggage allowances that you have, not ones that you don’t. There’s possibly an article about Flybe redemptions on here somewhere.

    • Richard says:

It’s better than last week when it was diverting to City Plumbing!

  • Alfie says:

Managed to get 4 flights, 2 cents each, even used an amex for the payment, every little helps!
