Miles & More is running a lot of special deals this month as part of its 25th birthday celebrations.

Nothing is going to top the current Hilton offer, which offers a crazy 2,500 Miles & More miles – worth £25 if used for premium long-haul flights – on every booking.  This is on top of your usual Hilton points, not instead of!  You can register for that offer here.

This Accor deal is not in the same league, but is certainly worth thinking about.  It is especially interesting if you have a stay at the Sofitel Heathow Terminal 5 coming up.

You will earn 2,000 bonus Miles & More miles on top of the standard miles, usually 500 per stay) if you complete one of the following:

• 1 night at a Sofitel, Pullman or MGallery (Sofitel London St James pictured avove)
• 2 consecutive nights at a Mercure, Novotel or Novotel Suites
• 4 consecutive nights at Ibis or Ibis Styles

It is valid for stays until 31st October.  The stay MUST have been booked on or after 1st September and before 30th September.

This is a bit ‘scruffy’ in terms of how it works:

You can only earn the bonus once

You MUST set your Accor account to automatically convert your Accor points into Miles & More miles

Any existing Accor points you have will automatically be converted to Miles & More too, at a 2:1 ratio.  Do NOT register for this promo if you have an existing pot of Accor points you want to keep.
