Long-term readers will know that we usually change the Head for Points posting routine in August.
There often isn’t enough news to fill three articles per day, so we tend to post what is about and not much more. If you don’t receive three emails on a particular morning, don’t worry about it.
However, I am expecting a busier August than usual. Whilst I am potentially away for 23 of the 31 days this month, poor old Rhys has been told to knuckle down and get some content produced 🙂
This means that I am forcing him to be the first person to fly BA’s new Club Suite commercially, when he joins Alex Cruz (and 54 other media and BA people) to fly to Madrid next Monday for the official launch party.
I am then making him fly to Rio de Janeiro for a week, where he will be the guest of Norwegian and reporting on how Norwegian Premium compares to BA’s World Traveller Plus and Virgin’s Premium.
On top of all this, we have a fantastic competition with Etihad Guest launching on Monday and running throughout August. This will be one of the most valuable prizes we have ever given away.
And, of course, we may have the British Airways pilots strike, and its aftermath, to cover.
More prosaicly, we’ll also be refreshing all of our hotel loyalty scheme overviews. There will definitely be new content every day so continue stopping by.
