Radisson Hotels has launched a new sale. Running until 31st January, you can save up to 25% on stays until 31st August 2021.
There is no minimum stay duration and breakfast is included for all bookings.
Refreshingly, you don’t have to pre-pay in order to get the discount and you can cancel until 24 hours before your arrival. With all of the uncertainty surrounding travel at the moment, this is a welcome decision from Radisson. You can see full details of the sale here.
Remember that if you have American Express Platinum, you will have Gold status in Radisson Rewards. This will get you extra benefits on your stay.
Join Radisson Rewards to get the highest sale discount
You need to be a member of Radisson Rewards to get the full 25% sale discount. Non-members get 15% off.
However, it is free to join Radisson Rewards – you can join here.
The programme offers some attractive benefits including a high earnings rate (starting at 20 points per $1 spent, plus any status bonus).
You can read our most recent review of the Radisson Rewards programme here.
One feature we particularly like about Radisson Rewards is ‘premium rewards’. This allows hotels to offer superior rooms for redemption at a fixed premium over a standard room.
If you are looking for an appealing Radisson Rewards redemption, keep an eye out for the Radisson Blu Zaffron Resort, Santorini which is due to open this year. Although the hotel is still under development, it looks to be a very glamourous stay, with 102 luxury Rooms, Suites and Villas, fabulous pool bar and exotic ‘boho-chic’ interiors. You can see more at the development site here.
Where can you find Radisson hotels?
Radisson has approximately 1,400 hotels worldwide but have the strongest presence in Europe, particularly in Scandinavia and Germany.
In the UK, there are six Radisson brands operating: upscale Radisson Blu (including sub-brand Radisson Blu Edwardian), budget brand Park Inn, The Radisson Collection, ‘upper-upscale’ Park Plaza and Radisson RED.
The newest brand, launched first in the UK, is Radisson Individuals which we covered here. This is for independent hotels which want to come under the Radisson umbrella to benefit from their marketing clout and the Radisson Rewards membership base, whilst still retaining their own personality.
We have reviewed a number of Radisson properties in the past, most recently the newly refurbished Radisson Hotel at London Heathrow and its next door neighbour, the funky Radisson RED, pictured below.
Conclusion
You can book in the Radisson Hotels January sale until 31st January.
Remember that all bookings come with free breakfast, you don’t need to pay in advance and all bookings can be cancelled if required.
You can find full details of the offer, and how to book, on their website here.
